Fusion Group Limited was founded in 1971 and pioneered polyethylene pipe jointing in the UK and across the world. Fusion became a member of the AVK Group of Companies in 2017 when AVK Holding A/S acquired the majority share of Fusion Group Ltd in a move that created one of the UK’s largest gas and water sector products suppliers.
Fusion Group operates globally, with manufacturing sites in the UK, China and Egypt, wholly-owned or joint-venture distributors in over 20 countries, and direct sales into a further 30 international territories. The Group’s headquarters are located in Chesterfield.
