International Womens Day 2025

On Saturday 8th March, we celebrate the achievements and contributions of women everywhere. This year’s International Women’s Day calls for action to unlock equal rights, and opportunities for all—building a future where no one is left behind. A future where women are empowered to drive lasting change.

We are proud that almost 50% of our leadership team are female—an achievement that reflects our commitment to creating an environment where women can lead, influence, and drive change. Their skills continue to contribute towards shaping the future of our business, ensuring we remain at the forefront of engineering excellence.

An inspiring example of a woman challenging expectations is Sarah Harding, a valued member of our Maidstone workshop team. Sarah joined Glenfield Invicta as a welder and has since gone above and beyond, mastering other equipment and expanding her skill set. 

Sarah’s impact goes beyond technical skills. She actively promotes innovation in the workplace and has played a key role in improving workshop processes. Sarah continues to share her insights and expertise, helping to create a more efficient working environment.
